Your signal-driven outreach platform — here's everything you need to know.
⚡ The Four Columns
Column 1 — Accounts: Your prospect and customer list. Sorted by signal strength. Green dot = hot signals, amber = warm, gray = no signals yet. Column 2 — Signals: Why reach out NOW. News, hires, job postings, SEC filings, and anything you paste in. Filter by type. Column 3 — Account Context: Full intelligence on the selected account. Fit score, buying trigger, themes, enrichment links, SEC filings, call transcripts. Column 4 — Contacts + Insight: Who to target, why them, what angle to use. Add your own contacts or use AI-suggested titles.
↻ Keeping Intelligence Fresh
Signals are fetched when you first add an account. They don't update automatically — you control when to refresh.
To refresh an account:
1. Click any account in the left column
2. Click the ↻ button in the top right of the Signals column
3. GTMology re-reads the company website, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, fetches new news and job postings, and re-runs the full AI analysis
4. New signals are added to the top — existing signals, contacts, call transcripts, and enrichment links are preserved
When to refresh: Before a big outreach push, before a meeting, or weekly for active prospects. The ↻ button shows how many new signals were found (e.g. ↻ +3 new).
High Fit — Company matches your ICP closely. Company type, size, strategy, and signals all align with what you sell. Medium Fit — Partial match. Worth pursuing but may need more qualification. Low Fit — Doesn't match your ICP well. Deprioritize or remove.
The number next to each account (e.g. 80, 92) is the fit score 0–100. The score is calculated against your Seller Profile ICP — company type, industries, size, and situational fit.
👤 Contacts — Two Types
✓ Your Contacts — Real, named people you've added. Full outreach intelligence, enrichment, and draft capabilities. 🎯 ICP-Matched Titles — AI-suggested job titles to target at this specific company. These are LinkedIn search links, not confirmed people.
To add a person from a suggested title:
1. Click ↗ Search LinkedIn — opens a pre-built search for that title at that company
2. Find the right person on LinkedIn
3. Come back, click + Add Person
4. Enter their name and optionally their LinkedIn URL
5. Click ✓ Save as Contact — moves them to Your Contacts and opens the draft drawer
📁 Regulatory Filings (optional)
If your prospect publicly files with the SEC (registered investment advisors), paste their filing URLs to extract additional strategic context: Form ADV Part 2 (IAPD) — Surfaces stated strategy, client types, and approach.
Click 🔍 Auto-find Filings to get the right IAPD search link. Paste the filing URL → click Analyze Filings.
✦ Draft Outreach
Click ✦ Draft on any contact to open the outreach drawer. Channel: Email, LinkedIn DM, Connection Note, or Call Script Context: Current Signals (for cold outreach), Prior Engagement (uses call transcript), or Both Tone: Direct, Curious, Warm, or Challenger
Every message is anchored in a real signal. The AI uses your Seller Profile to determine which outcome angle to lead with based on the contact's role.
⚙️ Your Seller Profile
Click your profile name (top right) to edit your Seller Intelligence Profile at any time. This powers every fit score, signal interpretation, and outreach message.
Changing your profile does not affect existing accounts — it only changes how future analysis and outreach are generated. To re-analyze an existing account with your updated profile, click ↻ Re-analyze on that account.
